Sentry started with one truck and a handful of accounts around Sarasota, and the plan was never to expand past a drive we could still all do in one afternoon. Staying small on purpose is what keeps the same technician on the same route for years instead of a rotation of names.
Every plan is priced the way it was on day one, one number written down, covering exactly what it says it covers. That has not changed as the county has grown around us.

The people who answer the phone are the people who do the work, or they sit about ten feet from them. If you call and ask a technical question, you get an answer from someone who has been in an attic this week.

There is no contract on any plan we sell and no fee for stopping one. If we are doing the job you will not want to leave, and if we are not, a signature should not be what keeps you here.
That is what integrated pest management means in practice, and it is the reason our first visit takes two hours instead of twenty minutes. Finding where something is getting in is worth more than spraying where it ended up.
It also means we use less product, in fewer places, than a company treating on a fixed schedule regardless of what they find. Interior applications go into cracks and voids and dry in about thirty minutes. Ask any technician for a product label and they will hand it to you.
